"Organizing the Human Resources department for a new company. Personal files & Employees from 2 closed plants were moved to one central company. I had an opportunity to set up a system that was organized and worked efficiently."

What don't you like about working at Jarvis Caster?

"Responsible for 2 plants; 1 in Jackson, TN & the other in LA, California. Long term travel that required weeks out of town every month."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Hire an HR Assistant in the California plant that I could oversee and would not break company confidential policies."
