"As a designer at Jansy Packaging, I never had the opportunity to produce any quality work that I could be proud of, or that I felt good about selling to a client. Over time the focus of the work has shifted from one of creativity and design exploration in the pursuit of finding the best result to a purely sales-oriented approach that values putting out high numbers of packages over everything else - even quality. The morale around the office is very poor, and it can be difficult to even be yourself to go in to work each day."
