"The James River Adventures program is to offer everyone the best time that they can expect to experience while enjoying recreational activities on the James River. Working for the association has been mostly positive. It is important to recognize that the job is by no means full-time or even part-time as work is highly dependent upon weather conditions and reservation numbers. This means that at times you won't be able to go into work because there is simply not enough money coming in to cover your salary. That aside, if you value hard work and a feeling of accomplishment by making other days more enjoyable, the work can pay off. Furthermore, while working there, you are welcome to use their recreational kayaks, canoes, and more for free and you may also bring as many friends as you want as well. It is certainly a position for nature lovers."
