"The building industry can be difficult at times and subject to the economy. but, all businesses are subject to the economy and you have to work to prevail."

"Since I was the manager, I always looked to improve my operation and processes. I'd look to employees, other business owners, and contractors for ideas and advise. I'd implement the ideas that I felt would be beneficial ."
