"I liked the fast pace and how well things ran when you have a good floor team working during summer rushes."

"Be VERY stern about your availiblity. When you get calls asking you to come in on a day off, don't even pick up the phone and if you did pick up, say no."

What don't you like about working at Jamba Juice?

"They didn't care about the well-being of their shift leaders or store managers. I watch a co-worker faint while on the line because she had been so over worked."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Don't stick new GM's in test stores while expecting them to run the store and learn the new equipment."
