"I worked my way up at Jamba for 5 years. Its a great place to have your first job and to obtain managerial experience. Promotions are usually easy to find if you are a hard worker. The main thing Jamba currently struggles with is giving their employees decent pay and benefits."

"Been working here for a while and absolutely love it! The application process and hiring process took less than a week. This was my first job and definitely would recommend to someone who has no work experience. My co-workers and GM are amazing! The only down side is hours are a bit scarce so you shouldn't expect to earn a good amount of money. On the other hand, you can almost always stay an hour or two past your shift so more hours for you!"

"I worked for jamba juice for a long time, about 2 years to be exact, and I LOVED this job. I had such a passion for the place, the atmosphere, the customers, it was all awesome! However, I quit because of work harassment that was never resolved. Our general manager would constantly call us "retards," and "idiot teenagers," and when we brought this issue to our DM, he ended up not helping. I left there hating the company more than anything in the world. I wouldn't let this ruin someone else's hopes in applying."
