What do you like about working at Jaguar Logistics?

"The opportunity to mature my skills of strategic planning. The circumstantial situations due to the company being in transition from small to large have provided challenges that forced me to improve my skills of collaboration, observations of structure/it's impact of optimizing output, and forward thinking skills."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"I'm hesitant to encourage any applicants beyond the generic level that I would offer an applicant for any position in any industry. Research the company, further research the size and operational realities of the company. Ensure that neither party is wasting time interviewing by gaining knowledge to support your confidence about whether or not you'd be a good fit for the company."

What don't you like about working at Jaguar Logistics?

"The transition from a small company to a larger corporation is a challenge internally among the different departments as much as it is the company at large. My role of developing structure has often been met with resistance due to not having started with the company at the grass roots level as many of the employees did, however, the challenge ultimately proved to be a worthwhile one."

What suggestions do you have for management?

":) Keep on keeping on. The battle is long and we all grow weary, but never - never - give up."
