What do you like about working at Jade Range?
"I enjoyed the challenge of hiring and training subordinates in lean concepts and enabling them to be self sufficient contributers to the overall success of the company. I considered myself a hands on coach leading by example. Unfortunately in accomplishing the above I worked myself out of a job as the economy took a turn downward. My subordinates were well trained and my role as supply chain manager was eliminated."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Understand that the company may not be able to provide adequate planning tools and experience in alternative solutions and resourcefulness will be required to get the job done."
What don't you like about working at Jade Range?
"There were resource limitations which made very difficult to correct root causes of data integrity. In my opinion this hampered the goal of continuous improvement but we managed fairly well under the circumstances."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"In light of the economy, do all you can to correct root causes of data integrity in documentation."
