"I worked for Jacuzzi for 20+ years, and really enjoyed the people and the job until the last few years. Company went through several management changes over the last few years, some of which turned out to be bad, and with the downturn in the housing market things got pretty bad. Running 10% of the production volume they were running in 2008. From what I have heard in the last month, there have been more significant changes in management, but in getting rid of the VP OP & ENG they made the right move - he was the cement boot dragging everyone down. Salary level is OK, not great; medical/dental benefits are better than many companies."

"Lack of communications; Have NPD process, but always circumvented.Too many projects get thrown over the fence to manufacturing before they are ready for launch, and typically without adequate testing."
