Jacmel Employee

"I loved working Jacmel Jewelry. It was a smaller company in size which gave more a personalization to it. Everyone knew everyone. We were all responsible for our actions. I also loved working for a company where I was part of a team that really added value to the role. I was also the office manager that gave me a real sense of urgency when things needed to be addressed and for I had a real sense of importance as employees came to me to problem solve in a results driven environment."
