"I have been working at Jackson National Life full-time for more than 3 years Pros If you are still a Jackson it is great. Excellent benefits. Good pay for the area. They treat you great. Cons They just outsourced all IT operations to Tech Mahindra. There is no future for any IT staff at the company. Want to communicate with your manager? Good luck. They’re replies take 1-2 business days 100+ Lansing employees forced to join outsourced tech company, will lose benefit and pay and can be fired after one year. Very little information about it was communicated to other employees. Brushed under rug. Very little room for promotion Little recognition for hard work and overtime"

Very open to helping employees find their "place" within the company if their current role isn't one that is a good fit.
