"I make certain that you have a good relationship with the pathologists. I see little or no interaction between lab staff and the pathologist."

"The room for advancement is little to none. As they tend to promote within. However, one must wait for early retirement or someone simply to resign before you can move up."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Rotate employees in all lab departments. This will help keeping staff motivated and knowledgeable in all area's of the lab."
