"I started the inspection division of JA Oilfield Manufacturing. After one year of employment, the company was set up to meet all national standards. Once the company was launched in January of 2014, the owner of the company began demanding that I give my customers sub-par equipment that did not meet nor exceed customer required specifications. At this point I began looking for different employment. in August of 2014 I was terminated "for not following management instructions"."
