What do you like about working at iwritewell.com?
"The environment is outstanding. It's a small start-up so there's plenty of room for growth and flexibility; and the business model is air-tight--which has resulted in surging revenues and a constant, stream of steady work as more and more companies look to outsource writing-related projects in order to compensate for budget cuts and in-house staff reductions."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you're interviewing for a writing or creative position, bring three or four samples of your work. Upper-management here checks resumes and references but puts the most weight in actual examples of your work. So have your portfolio ready and good luck!"
What don't you like about working at iwritewell.com?
"I would say the only draw back is the somewhat over-the-top expectations standards. The objective is to send every project/document out without a need for a single revision, which is almost impossible to do in today's team-driven corporate setting. Meeting this unsurpassed threshold of writing/editing expertise can sometimes be unnerving. Then again, it's probably the key element behind out surge in client wins, which gives the staff added job security."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"More beverage choices in the break room..."
