What do you like about working at IWCO Direct?

"I met some wonderful people there from all different career positions. I was never pigeon-holed into sitting at my desk staring at a computer screen. There was a lot of camaraderie at this company, and we were supposed to work together as one very large team, and that sense of family was nurtured."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If they were still in business, I would tell them that the interviewing process with them can be grueling, but if you get the job it can be very rewarding, and they do allow for a lot of upward mobility within their organization."

What don't you like about working at IWCO Direct?

"I did not like how they handled the layoffs before the company was shut down, how you would hear a long list of people being called over loudspeakers every Friday and then see them waiting in line to collect their pink slips. It was horrible."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I don't anymore, since they shut down."
