"Good place to work. Bad compensation. Everything about working at IWCC is good including benefits, work environment, and co-workers. The only down falls about working here is the pay is far below nation average of community colleges and at times it can seem impossible to convince the administration to provide money for necessary equipment to keep up to date with changing technology."
