What do you like about working at Iventa?

"The people were always friendly and helpful. I got to work with many different clients, from medical companies to music artists. My supervisors were always there to answer questions but also allowed me to make decisions on my own."

"Be personable, know your skill set, and relax!"

What don't you like about working at Iventa?

"Because it was a small company it was a little chaotic at times, sometimes scheduling was tight and occasionally it was hard to get the necessarily info needed for a project."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The management was very busy and I think that given all their responsibilities they did the best they could. In general, I believe the most important thing any manager can do is to remember to treat their employees as people rather than just resources."
