"Everything! The people were helpful and friendly, clean environment with a lot of growth potential."

"Yes:(1) Know structural analysis (esp. trusses) very well;(2) Make sure you can read and generate good engineering drawings (multiview and isometric drawings);(3) Ask a lot of questions; and,(4) Maintain a positive attitude throughout your interview, as the employees at Alpine are very friendly and helpful."

"I really loved working at Alpine Engineered Products and have no complaints about it."

"None, that I can think of. In my opinion, they were very good at managing the company and its operations."

"My immediate boss and most of my co workers are very easy to get along with. Very diverse group of people."

"Don't low ball your salary for any reason, they will go lower."

What don't you like about working at ITW Building Components Group?

"The pay is terrible, one raise in three + years, some have not seen raises in five years."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Better programming specifications would make coding less error prone. Please pay your employees a bit more, my salary is atrocious."
