"Worked for this company for a decade and towards the end I was counting the days I had left. There are way too many rules and overlapping policies, too many bosses and not enough workers. All the company directors are made out of gold and are untouchable, they can do no wrong. You can be a great employee for years but if you make one mistake all you've done up to that point is completely forgotten and you will be threatened with dismissal from the company for any more mistakes. There is constant pressure to meet sales goals, and the end of year bonuses are a joke compared to what the managers get. They have so many cameras inside the office you think that you were working in a bank. You must work all shifts including over nights and if you want to take a day off, YOU and not your supervisor must find someone to cover your shift or else you cannot take the day off. Compensation is way too low for the amount of work and responsibilities. After a while work becomes repetitive and boring."
"It's been quite a learning experience working for an international company."
