What do you like about working at ITT Tech?

"The only thing that I liked about working at ITT-Tech is the flexibility of hours. Some days you work 9-6, and others 12-9. It is nice having the different schedule."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"The one tip I have is RUN, don't walk. You don't want this job because you will ALWAYS be threatened to loose your job, and you almost have to lie to get students to get them interested in this school. If you want to be ethical, DO NOT work here."

What don't you like about working at ITT Tech?

"The director of the college claims to be all about the students success, when really he only cares about the money that the college is bringing in so his children can have the best education possible (and this does not include ITT-Tech). The director is a former army officer and the school is ran like a boot camp."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be more professional, do not gossip, lie to the students, and believe in the school. There is so much pressure on the management team to get students and keep them that I think management forget about the students success and focus generally on the number of students that are possible going to be enrolled."
