"I have been working there for 9 months, as a temp-to-hire. It turns out not successful, because of poor order lookout for 2014. It is in a dying industry. And it is very difficult for you to move up, if you are not in New York, where ITT headquarters located. This is just an operation unit of one of four divisions under ITT. The work loads are not heavy. Monthly closing time is typically a week. Year-end bonus is not good unless you are one of the managers."
