"The employees are great; really nice people who work well together. The upper management, though, has a disconnect to the rest of the employees and makes unrealistic decisions in a vacuum that cause the loss of accounts. HR policy is basically, "You're doing a great job, but we lost an account so your services are no longer required." to one-third of the employees."
