What do you like about working at ITAC?

"The engineering part of the company is around 125 employees. So it is a smaller company which gives you flexibility. Even with this flexibility the company has strong project management."

What don't you like about working at ITAC?

"Since it is a smaller company you have limited career advancement."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would like a tuition reimbursement, with a 50/50 contribution and a yearly max. Currently no program is in place."
