"I had a lot of autonomy to do my job."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"None, it was 4 years ago that I interviewed and both IT management and senior leadership has changed, so I don't know what the current interview style is."
What don't you like about working at TPC Group?
"Communications within the department were very poor. The help desk was siloed from the rest of IT and we were never informed about anything."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"We had no leadership or direction in IT. When you would ask a question you were required to provide two answers and then suggest which answer you thought was correct. In other words, why bother asking questions."
