  • "To whom it may concern, I am interested in the IT Support Specialist Position within your company and feel that I am a great candidate. I have had two years of experience working within the IT Service Desk at my university where I got to learn excellent customer service and troubleshooting of issues that range from software bugs to human errors. I also got to work closely with the Endpoint Management Systems team in the IT department of the University, where I was able to assist with many issues such as work station deployments and re-imaging of University owned laptops. The experience allowed me to connect with a variety of individuals and work in collaboration with the rest of the Service Desk team to create quality experiences in supporting our valued customers. Aside from work experience, I pick things up very quickly due to the nature of my Bachelor's Degree. As a Computer Science major, I've had to pick up multiple programming languages and learn a variety of topics within the area which has taught me to be a self-learner and the ability to tackle complex problems in a methodical manner. If provided the opportunity, I would like to apply my technical skills and my collaborative mindset to your company to find solutions to problems that will create a positive impact. Sincerely, Gordon Man"

  • "Turner Tech is amazing! This company has taken the lead in fostering a friendly, and helpful environment while remaining goal-oriented & highly productive. You actually feel like upper management cares about it's employees, and their experience while working with the company. I was able to grow professionally while working there, all while being offered countless opportunities to advance my education. Unfortunately, my opportunity has been cut dramatically short due to things beyond Turner's control, but I can say that I'm grateful to know that under different circumstances I would have had the chance to advance in my career the way I needed to."
