"I love learning experience there. We were typical Help desk but our job intil us to create accounts for users in Active Directory, Oracle and other applications so it wasn't just taking calls we had many other things to do that made it feel like we were doing something different.What I hated was lack of communications with us and other IT dept. We were always last to know about updates and or new applications even though we were first in line to get calls about certain issues."
