"I was brought on board D2L to consolidate two data centers into one. My branch was to be the displaced one. Management and my peers in other departments were very knowledgeable in their areas and a pleasure to work with. Many of my staff, as well as myself, were invited to move to Salt Lake City at the conclusion of this project. I opted to stay herre in New England."

What do you like about working at Data2Logistics?

"First, the team in Randolph was great. I was able to get up to speed quickly and get right to work finding ways to make their job processing more efficient. The big project was converting clients to a new system on a different platform, to be hosted in Utah. The challenge was to make this happen with little or no disruption to the client."

What don't you like about working at Data2Logistics?

"I didn't like the two year project coming to a close. Good working relationships form in that time, and it's a bittersweet moment when people move on in separate directions after putting in such a strong effort towards a common goal, as we did."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"At the time I suggested keeping both data centers open, to have each set up as a disaster recovery site for the other, with load sharing set up at the same time to improve server performance."
