"I had a great Supervisior and a very good IT Staff which made my job much easier."

What don't you like about working at Catalytic Solutions?

"There is a lack of team work between the departments. In my position I was responsible for interacting with all departments. That task is difficult when the employees become over protective of their areas. Some would say it was for job security but now that less than half of the company is left we can see there is no such thing as Job Security."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Concentrate on those energy bricks, that's the future Catalytic."
