"I liked the people they were a great group to work with. The company liked to keep up with the latest software which was nice being in current with the latest trends."

"They needed to learn how to manage budgets better."

"Nothing. Until 4 years ago it was one of the best companies to work for, then they tried very hard to become corporation, we lost so many good people."

"Stay away!"
What don't you like about working at NTD Architecture?
"Corporate structure.For last 4 years all board of directors cares about is $!As a 50+ year old company with excellent reputation was lost as soon as merger with Stichler Group (in 2004)."

"The people are wonderful. I greatly value the friendships I made there and still keep in touch with many of my former co-workers."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"If you are not a conservative person (in dress, speech, attitude, etc), this might not be the environment for you."
What don't you like about working at Haggai Institute?
"At the time, my manager was out a good bit through no fault of his own. However, this resulted in many long nights and early mornings with no compensation. At one point I asked if I could come in an hour later the following day after working until very late in the evening and the request was denied."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Listen to all ideas, no matter who they come from. Also, in technology, there is leading edge and there is bleeding edge. When it comes to Microsoft's operating systems and office applications, you should never upgrade until at least service pack 1 has come out--if not service pack 2. It is crazy to upgrade before all of the bugs have been worked out."

"Easy working environment."

"Thinking longer term."

"Did not get the opportunity to grow. Very little internal training was giving."

"This is a good company to work for, but its a small company where their future is based on the Automotive industry."

"The HR department and the accounting dept would drive you nuts, late check, neither Dept. would have a straight answer."

"Get rid of people within your company who cause and create drama and give excuses instead of giving results."

"IT Manager was totally uncommunicative. There was no professions management in the company. All decisions were ad-hoc in nature."
