Isuzu Motors Employee

"Good Japanese company to work for. Very stable, but upward mobility seemed unlikely since they tend to appoint only Japanese for that. They really strive for perfection in terms of the Accounting Dept. Company culture was very corporate, but Accounting seemed very cut-throat and cold. Although I was a contract employee (open-ended), I was only given a one day notice for a layoff and it was very impersonal via e-mail. I suppose they really don’t value their people?"
