"Good Japanese company to work for. Very stable, but upward mobility seemed unlikely since they tend to appoint only Japanese for that. They really strive for perfection in terms of the Accounting Dept. Company culture was very corporate, but Accounting seemed very cut-throat and cold. Although I was a contract employee (open-ended), I was only given a one day notice for a layoff and it was very impersonal via e-mail. I suppose they really don’t value their people?"

"I have worked with Isuzu for 10 years. The company is divided between the Americans and the Japanese. Management is routinely rotated insuring that no consistency survives. Local staff can survive as long as they like. Compensation and benefits are competitive for implants."
