"Do your research on the University culture and the department's history and offerings. Be open and honest. Smile."

What don't you like about working at Idaho State University?

"My job ends when I graduate. There is an extreme amount of public discord between the faculty and the administration which leads to a tense work atmosphere at times."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The administration and faculty members should take advantage of some of the leadership and change management classes that the university offers."
