"This is a company where people use it as a stepping stone in this industry. I put in 4+ years with this company and then they hired 2 new lab technicians that I trained for 2 months and then was shown the door. It was a total surprise. I would not recommend this company as it is very small and family-owned. There is no room for growth at all."
