"I've worked here for two years. The previous management was disorganized to the point it almost was intentional. Their communication skills needed work. The most notorious of these was who makes nothing but poor decisions for the company for the benefit of his own pocketbook. Now that they have ousted him and some other incompetence, new management has been making attempts to revitalizing the business and its management."
