"With such a high turn over rate, they really did not show any interest in your problems because you were replaceable."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Must have a clean record, and license. Other then that, you are almost guaranteed to land a job. Not hard."

What don't you like about working at ISM Security?

"Little to strict with their rules. Management seemed get bored and enjoy personally attacking personnel with then would do minor things wrong. Often wouldn't get breaks or would work over with no word from my supervisors."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"When your Guards offer advice or changes that need to happen, you should listen. THey are the ones out there all day and night. They know where the holes are."
