In addition to demonstrating to your employer that you have the necessary skills to do the job you are applying for, convince them that would show up on time, sober, well groomed and with a positive attitude. And of course be prepared to give an honest days work for an honest days pay."

"Too much turnover of the workforce. Human resources/management could be improved with respect to the hiring/termination process."
