"I have worked for Island Medical for 2 months and my expectations were completely erased when I got to see the work environment I was in. The lack of management in the office showed thru the attitude of the employee. I as not happy and as such I resigned. The lack of supervision along with the harassment we faced when they were in the office caused me to have severe migraines. I am glad I got out when I did."
