1.5I worked at ISeeYouCare Inc. from January 2017-August 2017. I was the last of 8 employees hired over the course of those 8 months to be finally let go. The turnover rate of employees is both astounding and ridiculous at the same time. The owner is a pompous stuffed shirt who believes he knows everything there is to know about programming yet has ZERO programming experience. He also believes his program/programs are cutting edge and state of the art, yet nothing could be further from the truth. His products are mis-mangled bundles of code 4-5 years old that are neither scale-able nor easily changed.
His demeanor is even worse than his products. One minute he would joke and laugh (call you guy or buddy), the next he would become an enraged tyrant screaming and cursing, and explaining how a 15 yr old off the street could do the job better than you. He consistently berated his employees by stating they were stupid, their skills were incompatible with the job, they could never hope to accomplish what his developers 4 years before did and or insulted people with comments like "Your verbalization skills are !%@#".
He is also not HHS compliant in ANY of his systems although he believes he is, and he is unwilling to listen to any positive improvement suggestions or appreciate that things need to be done to his systems in any way, shape or form different from how he believes them to be. As a manager he was horrid, as a human being he was disrespectful and arrogant. He is a pathological liar and lacks the ability to tell the truth. During my employment I observed him on numerous occasions lie to potential clients repeatedly in order to establish business with them.
Avoid working for this company at all costs.
