What do you like about working at ISC Electronic Systems?

"As part of the Strategic Management Team, we were successful in working as team where all staff members knew where we were going and bow to get there. ISC was a highly successful business. When I joined we had 70 staff members (1980) and we were selling about $15 mm. Two years later (1982), we had 1,750 staff members, were selling $280 mm and had a 9 month backlog on product and installations. We went public on the OTC offering. Our internally traded stock ($0.03 and $0.10) opened on the OTC at $19.50 and in 6 months rose to $99.00 per share and split 4 to 1."

What don't you like about working at ISC Electronic Systems?

"After the public offering. Our new plan was successful as we entered new markets and continued our growth. However, the remaining stock holders chose to sell the company to another organization whose intent was to sell off the company in pieces, which they did."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Too late they sold, I left and the company no longer is in operation. The purchasing company wanted the technology and to eliminate the company as a European Competitor."
