"I have worked for IUSD for 20 years in many specific areas. That is one thing I do admire about the large organization, flexibility. I began as a "shared contract" credentialed teacher. What a beautiful balance of life, family, and work. Then I began creating programs for and teaching in the adult education department. I loved the interconnectedness we created that decade. I am now able to substitute teach which allows me the flexibility I need for my other projects. This company has allowed me to grow into the person that I have become!"

"As a substitute teacher I get to make my own schedule which is very nice. There are many schools to choose from with students from many ethnic backgrounds who love to share their traditions with you."
