"A great company in a market that has changed drastically in the last 3 years. Connected to the building market and now compeyting with foreign entities."

"Very cash poor when I became manager. It was a struggle until many changes were made."

"As they exist today in Houston - Keep your costs down, hire exceptional performers, create a system that provides excellent service to customers."

"I've currently outgrown my position and there aren't any opportunities to advance either now or in the foreseeable future. Also, it would be great if there was an office closer to where I live currently."
