"Very dishonest leadership. "It's just business" was the go-to out for being dishonest with customers, I eventually resigned because I refused to go along with the deceit. Orders were fulfilled weeks after customers submitted them not because of out-of-stock constraints but because leadership failed to fulfill and instead told the customers they were out of stock. When customers attempted to get confirmation of fulfillment, leadership would avoid customer phone calls."
