What do you like about working at iRise?
"iRise is a great company overall with smart, talented people and a truly best in class product. I've learned a great deal about a market that was basically invented by the founders, software visualization. I think iRise allowed me to manifest new conquests in my career as I've successfully marketed and sold into the Fortune 50 and have gained a much higher degree of confidence in communicating with C-Level executives."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"I would advise that a potential candidate study the marketplace first, and research the company's customer list."
What don't you like about working at iRise?
"What I don't like about the company is the unfortunate schism created by the opposing vision and direction of the founders. I also do not feel that I'm compensated well for my accomplishments and achievements and I unfortunately do not see an opportunity for advancement. I also feel that the marketplace for software visualization has been effectively disrupted by cheaper competitors and upper management isn't having enough of an honest conversation about this."
