"I’ve worked at IQ Solutions for six months and have found it to be a strong, progressive company with good ethical values and an emphasis on employee retention. I find satisfaction knowing the work I am doing is helping people. The company employs approximately 250 people and is located in Rockville, MD. IQ Solutions has been around for almost 25 years and focuses on innovative health education and communications supported by evidence-based research, public health theory, and advanced information technology. The company offers a great work/life balance as most employees work one or two days from home each week. My supervisor is wonderful and pushes me to expand on my skill set and education. I find that those who are self-motivated and driven often succeed at IQ Solutions. IQ Solutions understands the value of retaining happy employees and offers a ton of employee engagement events. Some of my most favorite times at IQ Solutions have been at the company-sponsored events such as the free fitness classes, paint night and cultural celebrations."
