"As an analyst, the duties are repetitive so sometimes there would be spans of time when there was nothing to due and that was frustrating but they encouraged socializing so it balanced itself out."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Nothing, I do not feel I was emplyed with IPSOS enough to make a constructive criticism."
