"Nothing. The building was a dump and management rude and duplicitous."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Run. You will be promised many things -- reviews after X months, raises, more vacation. All lies. Unless you threaten to quit, or actually quit, and then you can negotiate. Do this every year. Most employees have never received a raise nor more vacation, even those who worked there 3-5 years. You will also be told that many people are lined up for the job and you need to start in 2 days. This is also a lie."

What don't you like about working at IPSecure?

"The most dysfunction company I have every worked for, the most disrespectful management I have ever worked for.The worst was the owner knew funding changes were leading to layoffs 12 months in advance, but kept it a secret and then laid off about a dozen people, many of them older people with families, with 2 days warning, and no severance, at the height of the recession. Some had been working there 3-5 years with not one raise and never rocking the boat and they got 2 days notice."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Treat employees as more than asses in seats as the manager refers to them."
