"I've worked for Ipro Tech for 4.5 years. It's a relaxed work environment with an on-site gym and game room as well as a casual dress for most roles. They don't babysit you and trust that you'll be responsible to get things done. They have made an excellent effort with making it a great place to work over the years that I've been there. They enjoy department competitions to boost office morale. They are also flexible with allowing you to change roles within the company should you have any desire to add new skills to your resume or portfolio. The only downside is they are slow to offer merit increases even after demonstrated skills and tenure."
