"Great place to work for a call center. The company is small, but has good leadership. The employees are knowledgeable, and willing to train others. The location is good for all types of transportation/commutes."
"The company itself is growing rapidly and is very good to it's employees regarding compensation and benefits, as well as incentives and perks. The management is fair and the team supervisors ensure the team members are inline with goals. That being said, and from another perspective, the company is also growing too fast for what it offers and the lack of training on specific products becomes evident with the overall lack of satisfaction of the job by the employee."
