"I feel like I don't know what I'm supposed to be doing. I feel insecure about my role; I feel like I'm not living up to expectations, and my supervisor wouldn't tell me if I wasn't living up to expectations."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"I would set up a very distinct structure so that everyone understood their responsibilities completely. I would make sure that the college had a very clear 5-year plan with realistic objectives. I would make sure that the college adhered to the plan."
