"The company was always somewhat stable until they sold out to Phoenix Technologes. The sale caused half of the company to be let go and dropped the morale very steeply."

"Iolo was a great company but is currently at a point where it needs a boost in many areas such as morale, product innovation, and management. There is still hope but given its feeling unstable many have started looking, just in case, for other opportunities. There is still potential here, though."

"Get your own office to concentrate on work."

What do you like about working at iolo Technologies?

"The pay, easy to communicate with the development team, and work load was not that heavy."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Unless you are really desperate to pay off your gambling debts, try someplace else that will respect you as an employee. I rather work retail instead."

What don't you like about working at iolo Technologies?

"One of my employees. He likes to joke around a lot and when he thinks you are not around, he makes fun of you. Also, management's inability to do anything about him. Loyalty should not interfere with a good workplace environment nor reprimanding him for such an action. It seems he got away cleanly with his actions."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Because someone works for you for more than 3 years does and is a manager does not mke him exempt from behaving the way he does for his lack of respect of fellow and lower ranked employees. Also, increase office space. Just because you own the building doesn't mean you should cram all the employees on one floor. If you plan to expand as a company, do the same for the office space."
